Job summary

The role involves handling various refurbishment projects, interpreting construction drawings, and supporting tender applications. Ideal candidates will have some estimating experience or a background in construction or engineering. Flexible candidates without prior fit-outs experience are also welcome to apply. The position is office-based with occasional site visits.

Qualifications

• Some estimating experience in general construction or engineering.
• Familiarity with Tier 1 main contractors is ideal.
• Basic understanding of H&S in the built environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle multiple interior fit-outs and refurbishment projects.
• Read and interpret construction drawings to take off quantities.
• Support tender applications and bids, including RFI and RFQ documents.

Estimating experience within interior fit-outs

Understanding of construction forms
