Junior Estimator

Site Based role Commutable from Nottingham, Beeston, Stapleford, Ilkeston, Long Eaton, Hucknall

£28,000 - £35,000 +Mon-Thu (7am-4pm) +Early Finish on Fridays (2:15pm) + Full training + Career Progression + Private Health Care + Bonus + 30 days Holidays (Inc Bank)

Excellent opportunity for an aspiring Estimator to join a rapidly expanding bespoke joinery manufacturing company, offering full training, progression, and long-term career development.

This is an exciting chance to join a business known for delivering high-quality, custom-made joinery and fit-out solutions across a range of commercial and bespoke interior projects.

With continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are looking for a motivated individual to support their estimating and commercial operations.

In this role, you will assist with reviewing tenders, producing cost take-offs, obtaining supplier quotations, and managing project variations. You'll also liaise directly with clients and suppliers, gaining valuable experience in commercial estimating and project costing.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in commercial joinery, manufacturing, or fit-out, and be comfortable communicating with clients, suppliers, and colleagues.

The Role:

• Dealing with Tenders packages, quantity take offs and cash flow forecasts
• Preparing cost estimates for projects and liaising with subcontractors and suppliers
• Working on projects from concept to completion

The Person:

• Experience with take offs and pricing from suppliers is advantageous
• Experience in Sales, Managing Accounts and back ground in Joinery , construction is desirable.
• Full UK Driving License
