Junior Estimator

Location: Manchester

Salary: £28,000 - £35,000

Our Client is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Estimator to join their team in Manchester. Specialising in high-end Fit Outs, Construction, and Furniture projects across the UK working with Clients in Residential, Hospitality, Commercial, and Leisure sectors.

Responsibilities
  • Support their Senior Team in preparing accurate cost estimates and tenders.
  • Assisting with tender submissions and quantity take-offs
  • Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors
  • Analysing costs for materials, labour, and services
  • Maintaining records and providing admin support
About you
  • A relevant degree or HNC/HND
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication and organisation
  • Experience in Construction or Fit-Out is beneficial but not essential
