Junior Estimator – Epsom (Office Based with Occasional Site Visits)

£40,000 - £60,000 + Discretionary Bonus + Progression + Pension

This is an excellent opportunity for a Junior Estimator to join a respected, long-established contractor specialising in high-end carpentry, joinery, and fit-out projects across the UK. Do you have a couple of years' experience as an Estimator or Quantity Surveyor? Are you confident reading drawings and preparing accurate costings? Do you want to progress to Senior Estimator level within a supportive, close-knit team?

In this role, you will support the estimating team in pricing and tendering a range of joinery and fit-out projects. You will be responsible for reviewing drawings, preparing take-offs, liaising with clients and suppliers, and supporting tender submissions. The Role

• Assist with pricing and tendering across carpentry, joinery, and fit-out projects
• Review drawings, prepare take-offs, and compile bills of quantities
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure accurate costings
• Attend client meetings and occasional site visits
• Contribute to progress meetings and tender reports
• Support senior estimators and develop towards managing tenders independently
