Qualifications
1+ years of professional experience in embedded systems development.
Working knowledge of hardware schematics and the ability to interpret datasheets.
Responsibilities
Design and develop embedded software for microcontrollers and SoCs.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented C/C++ code.
Work closely with hardware engineers to validate hardware functionality.
Integrate and debug device drivers and communication protocols.
Optimise system performance.
Contribute to system architecture design and participate in code reviews.
Support production teams in system diagnostics.
Document software design and procedures.
Skills
C and C++ for embedded platforms
Familiarity with RTOS environments
Experience with ARM Cortex-M or Cortex-A
Understanding of low-level debugging tools
Version control systems (e.g., Git)
Familiarity with safety-critical systems
Knowledge of wireless communication stacks
Experience with Python for test automation
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline
