A fast-growing wellness brand in London is seeking a Performance Marketing Lead to lead marketing strategies and backend optimizations. This in-person role focuses on improving growth-driving levers in the D2C space, including website optimizations and customer engagement strategies. The ideal candidate has experience in digital marketing and a passion for health and wellness.
Salary: £40,000 to £50,000 Base + Performance Bonus
Role: Your mission will be to lead and scale our performance marketing and backend optimization strategies. You'll be responsible for building & optimisation of all growth‑driving levers in our D2C business, including, but not limited to, improving website CVR/AOV through landing page & offer tests, overseeing ad creative production for Meta, maximising customer LTV with subscription/retention optimisations, developing and scaling profitable acquisition channels, and implementing effective email and SMS strategies.
