Designer Exchange in London is seeking a Junior E-commerce Photographer to join our luxury studio team. You will shoot high volumes of product for our website, following lighting presets, shot lists and image guidelines to ensure consistency across listings.

In this hands-on role, you will tether into Capture One, name files and add metadata while maintaining a fast pace. Training from senior staff and a clear path to Photographer level are offered, with daily breakfasts and lunches provided,

Competenze

• At least 6 months to 1 year of studio photography experience, ideally in e-commerce.
• Good understanding of studio flash and LED lighting, manual camera settings and precise focus.
• Able to stay focused and keep the pace during repetitive, high-output shoot days.

Mansioni

• Place prepped items on flats, mannequins or tabletop set-ups and shoot every required angle for bags, shoes, clothing, jewellery and accessories.
• Shoot tethered into Capture One, checking exposure, sharp focus and colour correction.
• Name files and add metadata in Capture One sessions.
• Follow lighting presets, shot lists and image guidelines so every listing looks consistent.
• Show the real condition of each item clearly, including marks or wear.
• Keep cameras, lenses, lighting and tether cables organised, safe and working throughout the day.
• Hit daily output targets and flag any delays early.
• Work closely with the stylist helping to prepare items, so they move through the studio on time.
• Keep the studio tidy and handle luxury items with care.

We are looking for a Junior E-commerce Photographer to join our studio team. You will run a dedicated set and shoot high volumes of product for our website, following our lighting presets, shot lists and image guidelines. It is a hands-on role in a fast studio, and a good place to grow if you want a career in luxury e-commerce photography.

• Contract: Full time, permanent, 40 hours a week
• Reports to: Head of Photography

What you'll do

• Place prepped items on flats, mannequins or tabletop set-ups and shoot every required angle for bags, shoes, clothing, jewellery and accessories.
• Shoot tethered into Capture One, checking exposure, sharp focus and colour correction.
• Name files and add metadata in Capture One sessions.
• Follow our lighting presets, shot lists and image guidelines so every listing looks consistent
• Show the real condition of each item clearly, including marks or wear, because customers buy preloved.
• Keep cameras, lenses, lighting and tether cables organised, safe and working throughout the day.

What you'll bring

• Experience with Capture One (sessions, naming, basic adjustments) and Profoto systems
• Basic Photoshop retouching
• Experience shooting jewellery, leather goods or reflective products
• A portfolio of clean, technically strong product or still-life work
• Interest in fashion and luxury brands
