Responsibilities

• Support senior PMs on complex projects and manage smaller projects autonomously.
• Help create and execute QA and UAT test cases.
• Coordinate team resources efficiently.
• Manage project documentation including action logs and process improvements.
• Capture meeting notes and keep teams aligned.
• Spot risks and escalate issues to keep projects on track.

Skills

Strong organisational skills

Experience with Shopify or CMS platforms

Exposure to project management methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, or PRINCE2

Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, ADO, Trello
