A prominent organic food delivery company in Greater London is seeking a Junior Digital Designer to assist in executing various digital design projects across email, web, and social media. In this role, you will work collaboratively within the Brand & Creative Team, delivering high-quality digital communications and learning from experienced team members. The position offers flexibility and a hybrid working environment, making it ideal for those looking to grow in a supportive and creative space.
Abel & Cole has pioneered organic, ethical and sustainable food delivery for over 30 years. Doing things better is our bread and butter; from saving over 60 million plastic bags by using reusable boxes for our food deliveries, to finding alternatives to plastic long before it hit the headlines. We are forever challenging ourselves to find the most positive way to do business and want everyone to eat organic because it’s one way to save the future. It’s these values that enabled us to become B Corp certified; an optional audit we’ve gone through to recognise how we put people and planet before profit, as well as help us find room for further improvement.

The Junior Digital Designer will help Abel & Cole to achieve its commercial goals by executing digital design briefs across web, email and social media. You’ll sit in the in‑house Brand & Creative Team within the Marketing department. We’re an energetic, collaborative group, so you’ll get to work closely alongside other designers, copywriters and our studio. There will be plenty of coaching to train you up to execute our weekly briefs, so this role is perfect for someone with the fundamental digital coding and design skills needed, ready to learn how to execute briefs in line with brand guidelines. Please provide your portfolio as part of your application.
This is a full‑time position working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. Our core working hours are 9.00am - 5.30pm, however, we offer flexibility. You will be based in our Fulham office but we have a hybrid working environment, with two days in the office required, on site, per week. And we expect our designers to visit our Mitcham studio a couple of times a month.
Abel & Cole promotes equal opportunities for all employees. We want our employees to feel they can be themselves at work and develop their talents to the full. Members of staff are expected to take personal responsibility for keeping our workplace free from discrimination, harassment, and bullying - a place where everyone is treated fairly and respectfully.
To support Abel & Cole’s commitment to inclusion and diversity, we ask that you remove all personal details from your CV. This includes removal of home address, D.O.B and place of education.
