The project!

As a Junior Designer, you will support the Senior Design Manager for Hackett London Tailoring and Trousers.

What will the role entail?

• Assist the Senior Design Manager in all design aspects.
• Organize and maintain design archives, fabric libraries, and trims.
• Create and update tech packs for Tailoring and Trousers using Illustrator and PLM.
• Prepare presentations and assist in design reviews and supplier meetings.
• Coordinate with fabric suppliers and liaise with factories on product development.
• Track sample and prototype progress to ensure timely delivery and adherence to specifications.
• Conduct trend and fabric research and perform competitive market analysis for tailoring and trousers.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of PLM or similar software is preferred but not essential.
• Experience with CAD and creating detailed tech packs.
• Highly organized with strong time management skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and take direction.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team.
