Job description
About Us

We're looking for a proactive and multi‑skilled Junior Designer & Creative Assistant to support the creation, production, and delivery of beautiful, on‑brand content across all channels. Sitting within the creative team, this hybrid role is perfect for a junior creative with a passion for design and storytelling – who's equally excited about getting stuck into content production as they are about refining layouts and building visual assets.

The Role

You’ll help bring the Tilly Sveaas brand to life across product launches, seasonal campaigns, always‑on social, and founder‑led storytelling – supporting at every stage of the process, from pre‑production and shoot planning to post‑production editing and final asset delivery. You’ll work closely with the Founder and Head of Creative & Content and collaborate with the wider brand, product, and growth teams.

This role offers real variety and the opportunity to grow quickly, with hands‑on experience across shoots, video editing, digital design, and content rollout.

Requirements
Content Production & Creation
  • Support the planning, coordination and on‑the‑day execution of brand and product shoots
  • Assist with content capture on set and behind‑the‑scenes (photography and short‑form video)
  • Edit and adapt shoot assets for a range of platforms – from Instagram reels to email banners, homepage hero images, and product features
  • Prepare final assets for use across social, email, website, paid media, print and packaging
  • Help maintain and update content calendars, asset libraries and version control
Junior Design & Digital Asset Delivery
  • Design and adapt digital assets using existing templates or from scratch – including layouts for CRM, website modules, lookbooks, paid ads, and social posts
  • Maintain consistency across fonts, colours, image treatments and layout styles in line with brand guidelines
  • Create simple motion graphics or animations to bring digital content to life (e.g. looping gifs, subtle transitions)
  • Prepare decks, documents and visual mockups to support internal or agency communications
Cross‑Team Collaboration & Support
  • Work closely with the Founder and Head of Creative & Content to meet weekly creative deadlines and seasonal campaign launches
  • Collaborate with brand, growth and e‑commerce teams to make sure content is delivered in the right formats for each platform
  • Respond quickly to last‑minute content needs (e.g. product send‑outs, press asks) with confidence and agility
  • Organise and manage assets in an efficient, accessible system across multiple formats and devices
About You
  • Comfortable supporting on‑set – helping to manage product, lighting, styling or digital capture
  • Organised and detail‑driven – able to manage multiple tasks while keeping projects moving smoothly
  • 1‑2 years’ experience (or standout internships), ideally within fashion, jewellery, lifestyle, or beauty
  • Confident in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and basic video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects or CapCut)
  • Skilled in producing content across still and motion, with strong layout, colour and storytelling instincts
  • Energised by content trends and visual culture, with a strong eye for what’s fresh and relevant
  • A team player with a can‑do attitude and a real passion for building beautiful brand worlds
Benefits
  • The opportunity to shape and grow a brand in an exciting stage of its journey
  • A creative, collaborative, and supportive team culture
  • Private healthcare with BUPA
  • 60% staff discount
  • Hybrid working environment, office located in Chelsea, SW10
