Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely supply of materials to UK Customers, maximising production efficiency
  • Collaborate with customer service to meet customer requirements
  • Maintain efficient communication routes across departments
  • Liaise with the procurement team on raw material forecasts
  • Own supply planning, scheduling, and capacity activities
  • Monitor and enhance plant On-Time In Full (OTIF) performance
  • Support combined order planning by identifying opportunities for product combinations
  • Propose and implement solutions to improve planning processes and KPIs
Qualifications / Skills
  • Calm under pressure - able to maintain composure and deliver results in challenging situations
  • Strong problem-solving skills - proactive in identifying issues and implementing effective solutions
  • Confident communicator - comfortable engaging at all levels and across different departments
  • Excellent prioritisation - capable of managing workload efficiently to meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated - confident using own initiative to drive tasks forward
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office - including Excel for data handling and reporting
  • SAP experience - desirable but not essential; training can be provided
