Responsibilities

• Ensure timely supply of materials to UK Customers, maximising production efficiency
• Collaborate with customer service to meet customer requirements
• Maintain efficient communication routes across departments
• Liaise with the procurement team on raw material forecasts
• Own supply planning, scheduling, and capacity activities
• Monitor and enhance plant On-Time In Full (OTIF) performance
• Support combined order planning by identifying opportunities for product combinations
• Propose and implement solutions to improve planning processes and KPIs

• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, with experience in statistical forecasting
• Adaptable and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience)

• Experience with SAP or similar Supply Chain Planning Tools
• Background in forecasting and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
