Role Purpose
Supporting the Innovations and Analytics Manager in delivering reporting capabilities and process efficiencies using data for the B&M teams, and people across other business functions.
Responsibilities
- Support in developing and delivering standard and routine Buying and Merchandising MI reports in line with the reporting calendar and in response to ad-hoc reporting requests.
- Deliver ad-hoc reporting requirements in a timely fashion.
- Participate in requirement gathering workshops.
- Collect and manage large datasets using various tools: Excel, Excel VBA, Power BI, SQL.
- Analyze data to ensure it is fit for purpose and provide feedback to customers on issues or changes required.
- Liaise with staff at all levels within the division and externally.
- Undertake other duties as determined and agreed by the Innovations and Analytics Manager.
- Ensure good outcomes for customers at all times.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable UK and local regulations, company policies, and FCA Conduct Rules.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Advanced user of Excel.
- Numerate and comfortable working with data from multiple sources.
- Effective communication skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Maths and English grade C or above, or equivalent.
- Willingness to learn and develop within your role.
- Proactive, creative, innovative, and collaborative problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Able to commute to Bradford city centre.
Desirable
- Relevant qualification in maths, statistical analysis, or computer science.
