Overview

FM Conway recruiting for a Junior Credit Controller to join our Finance Division. In this role, you will support the improvement of the company’s cash flow, provide daily updates on receipt confirmations, and liaise with external customers to encourage timely payments. This is a full‑time position based at our head office in Sevenoaks, Kent.

Responsibilities
  • Reconciling payments, issuing account statements, and utilising internal systems for financial reporting
  • Maintaining excellent customer service while following up on outstanding payments
  • Proactively developing strong working relationships with clients in our database
  • Managing workload effectively, prioritising tasks to meet daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines
  • Adhering to established processes when handling project invoicing and credit notes to reduce invoice discrepancies
Qualifications & Experience

To be considered for this position, you should have a genuine interest in developing a career in Finance. Previous experience is not required as full training will be provided. You must possess strong verbal and written communication skills and be a self‑motivated individual who contributes to team success.
