WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
  • Ideating and writing concepts for branded entertainment and social content
  • Writing treatments, outlines, captions and scripts that express narrative, tone, structure and visual approach.
  • Supporting creative development by researching stories, cultural references, contributors, formats and trends.
  • Contributing to pitch decks and creative docs, helping shape visual references, structure, copy and layout.
WHAT WE'D LOVE TO SEE
  • A non-traditional portfolio of culturally relevant branded entertainment or social creative video work with innovative, individual and unique execution.
  • Knowledge of production realities and how to work with a strategic brief.
  • An awareness of how social platforms work and why certain content resonates with audiences better than others.
  • If you have more than one executional superpower (illustration, motion, design, editing, shooting), even better!
WHAT YOU MUST HAVE
  • Experience as an executional Creative; able to explain your ideas on a page as well as bring them to life on screen.
  • A proactive "maker mindset". Ambitious about craft, culturally curious and open minded. You are a resourceful and resilient problem-solver.
  • 1.5 - 3 years in a creative role - Junior Creative /Editor/Filmmaker/Content Producer - with at least 9 months at an agency, in-house creative team or production company.
  • A strong foundation of conceptual creative thinking PLUS a craft expertise in one area (filmmaking, art direction, design or editing).
