Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 (dependent on experience)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Contracts Manager to join our growing commercial electrical team based in Banstead, Surrey. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in contracts management within the commercial electrical sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the management of commercial electrical contracts from award through to completion
  • Support project delivery, ensuring works are completed on time, within budget, and to specification
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Assist with procurement of materials and subcontractors
  • Monitor project costs, variations, and valuations
  • Support health & safety and compliance requirements across sites
  • Attend site meetings and carry out site visits as required
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience within the commercial electrical industry (essential)
  • Experience in contracts, project coordination, or site management (desirable)
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills
  • Good commercial awareness and attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
  • Competent IT skills (e.g. Microsoft Office, project systems)
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
