Location: Liverpool HQ (onsite filming across the UK ~1x/week)

Must-haves: Full UK driving licence + your own car

Salary - ÂŁ26,000 - ÂŁ28,000

About the Role

We’re after a creative, proactive Junior Content Producer who’s excited about turning briefs into standout video and digital content.

This isn’t just an editing gig — it’s a full 360° creative role. You’ll take ideas from concept > shoot > edit > final delivery, working alongside our tight-knit marketing team of 5.

You’ll get to work across four brands, so your work is fast, varied, and creatively rewarding:

Podcasts | LinkedIn content | 📱 Instagram Reels | School showcases | Product videos | Office shoots | Internal interviews

We’ll teach you the business, the brands, the gear, and the processes — all we need is your energy, curiosity, and a base of skills in Adobe Premiere Pro + After Effects (CapCut knowledge a bonus!).

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Support day-to-day content creation across multiple brands
  • Pitch creative ideas and internal concepts
  • Plan shoots, write briefs, coordinate with leadership/consultants
  • Film high-quality content using professional equipment (training provided)
  • Edit multiple versions of content for different platforms
  • Create basic graphics, social visuals, and templates
  • Assist with project flow, asset organisation, and production timelines
  • Support output during busy periods to keep team momentum high
  • Learn and grow across the full content production process
What You’ll Work With

You’ll get access to top-tier equipment, including:

  • Sony DSLR cameras
  • DJI drone
  • Rode wireless + directional mics
  • Lighting rigs
  • Tripods & stabilisers
  • In-house podcast studio

No experience with all of this? No problem! We’ll train you — just bring your energy, curiosity, and drive.

Must-Haves
  • Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Understanding of CapCut
  • Some experience creating content (personal, project, or professional)
  • Portfolio/examples of video/content work (we’re looking at creativity, framing, and pacing, not perfection)
  • Full UK driving licence + own car đźš—
  • Proactive, positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in
Nice-to-Haves (Bonus Points!)
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop / Illustrator / After Effects)
  • Experience posting/scheduling social content
  • Colour grading experience
  • Knowledge of DSLR cameras, lighting & filming gear
  • Basic script-writing or storyboard experience
  • Any videography/on-set experience (pro or passion project)
Why You’ll Love It Here
  • Massive creative freedom — bring ideas, test ideas, grow ideas
  • A supportive team who will mentor, train, and push you creatively
  • Projects that matter — real brands, real stories, real impact
  • A team that values personality, passion, and drive
  • Clear progression into midweight video/content production, including salary increases & bonuses

Ready to create content you’re proud of?

Send your CV + portfolio + cover letter to show us your ideas, style, and creativity.
