A leading cancer care provider in the UK is looking for a Junior Analyst to join their Digital Health Epic Connect team. This role involves working with clinical and operational teams to optimize workflows within the Epic digital health record system. The position offers flexible working arrangements and opportunities for career advancement within the organization. A new role has opened within our Digital Health Epic Connect EPR team, across The Royal Marsden Hospital and Great Ormond Street Hospital, for a Junior Analyst. This role does not require Epic experience, but a good understanding of clinical or administrative hospital processes would be an advantage.
This role is advertised as a junior post with the opportunity for the successful candidate to progress from this junior position to an Analyst role (band 6) and onwards to Senior Analyst (band 7) position within the Connect Analyst Framework. The core duties of this role will be working with other analysts to update and build workflows within the Epic digital health record system and to liaise with clinical and operational teams to understand their needs. The successful candidate will be required to undertake presentations of their build, create and present training documentation and work closely with other analysts, both within the Connect programme and the wider Epic community to help us provide the optimal DHR system for both organisations.
Our team works flexibly with a combination of remote and office based working days. The successful candidate will be required to travel to all sites at Great Ormon Street Hospital and The Royal Marsden Hospital sites (Bloomsbury, Chelsea and Sutton). The successful candidate would be well supported by an experienced team and line management structure.
