Job Title: Junior Compliance Officer

Location: Belfast - Northern Ireland (with flexible / hybrid working options)

Contract: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent – multiple positions open

Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-focused Compliance Officer to join our team and help us maintain high standards across our services in Northern Ireland. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting quality, safety, and best practice, working in line with RQIA and other regulatory body regulations.

What You’ll Do
  • Help ensure we meet all RQIA regulations and NMC standards .
  • Keep our policies, procedures, and records clear, accurate, and up to date.
  • Support internal audits, external inspections, and staff training compliance.
  • Manage key admin tasks, including registration checks and documentation.
  • Work closely with our teams to promote a positive culture of compliance and care.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in compliance, admin, or quality (especially in healthcare or social care) is desirable.
  • A good understanding of RQIA and NMC expectations is a bonus.
  • Strong attention to detail, great organisation skills, and a proactive attitude.
  • Confident with IT systems and document management.
