Our Retail Click & Mortar team is on a mission to expand SumUp’s presence from a trusted B2B brand into a full consumer financial services category across European retail. This is a net-new role sitting at the heart of that ambition — helping build the research, data, and insight infrastructure that will power our go-to-market strategy for consumers. If you’re energised by building something from scratch and want real ownership from day one, this is the opportunity to grow into a key player in one of SumUp’s most exciting strategic bets.
Strong analytical skills with comfort in Excel or Google Sheets, structuring data and turning it into clear, decision-ready outputs.
Experience in finance, marketing, commercial analysis, strategy support, or a related field — even if early in your career.
Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams simultaneously and keep delivery on track without losing sight of the detail.
Strong written communication skills, with the ability to produce concise, well-structured briefing documents and summaries.
Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where the playbook is still being written.
