What You'll Do
  • Building the Future: Developing and maintaining sophisticated financial models to forecast revenue, plan capacity, and manage resources for our diverse client portfolio.
  • Unveiling Insights: Preparing compelling monthly, quarterly, and annual reports that reveal key commercial metrics and client performance.
  • Driving Profitability: Diving deep into client profitability, identifying opportunities for improvement and strategic growth.
  • Budgeting for Success: Supporting the creation of client budgets and meticulously monitoring performance against them.
  • Spotting Opportunities: Analysing client contracts to identify financial risks and unlock new opportunities.

Who You Are
  • Educated: You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
  • Experienced: You bring 1-2 years of experience in commercial or financial analysis, ideally within a fast-paced services industry.
  • Analytical Powerhouse: You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of dissecting complex data.
  • Excel Wizard: You're an advanced Microsoft Excel user (think pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas are second nature).
  • Data Savvy: You're comfortable working with large datasets and ideally have experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Communicator: You articulate complex financial information clearly and confidently, building strong relationships across teams.
  • Team Player & Self-Starter: You can thrive independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Organized & Meticulous: Your attention to detail is impeccable, and you can juggle multiple projects without missing a beat.
