Junior CNC Machinist
£28,000 - £30,000 + Days + Full Training + Progression
Kent (Commutable from Maidstone, Staplehurst, Tonbridge, Ashford, Cranbrook, Headcorn, and surrounding areas)

Are you from an engineering background and have experience with CNC machinery, looking to join a company that will invest in your future with full training and long-term progression?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and growing business that is a leader in its specialist field. The company has recently expanded into a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility, doubling production capacity and creating new opportunities for junior engineers to join their expert team.

In this Monday-to-Friday role, you will receive full training on CNC lathes and mills, working with 3D models and engineering drawings, and learning to use industry-standard software like Inventor CAM. You'll also work closely with the design team to help produce high-quality components for bespoke tooling and specialist customer projects.

This role would suit someone with a basic understanding of CNC machining, either from education or practical experience, who is looking for hands-on training, career development, and the chance to work with cutting-edge technology.
