Clinical Responsibilities

The primary duties of the post are to see new patients within the Same Day Emergency Care (SDEC) and Emergency Department. A team of Senior Clinical Decision Makers (SDM) are present on the clinical shop floor to provide support and clinical supervision 24 hours a day. ED Consultants' presence, supervision and support are available from 0800-2000 in SDEC and 0800-2200 in ED every day.
