Applications are invited to the post of Junior Clinical Fellow in Respiratory Medicine at University Hospital Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust. The post is for duration of one year (extendable) starting from December 2025. MRCP or equivalent is desirable.

The Respiratory Department sits within the Medicine Group. The Respiratory Unit has 88 beds, including 4 negative pressure rooms and ward-based NIV. Sub-specialty out-patient clinics exist for airways disease, sleep medicine and ventilation, lung cancer, interstitial lung disease and TB.
Provision of service in respiratory medicine with responsibility for prevention, diagnosis and treatment of illness. The Junior Clinical fellow will need to function as a member of the multidisciplinary team. They will contribute to the development of Integrated Respiratory Unit.
Participate in the general medical rota with specialist registrars, resident.
Professional supervision of more junior members of the team, including teaching of nursing and medical staff and medical students.
Participation in regular clinical audit, clinical governance and continuing professional development.
The successful candidate will be accountable for improving and complying with infection control practices.
