Overview

Job title: JuniorClient PMO Coordinator

Location: Staines or Cheadle offices dependant on candidate location

ADP is seeking a Junior Client PMO Coordinator. This position oversees facilitation of client project implementations by planning and driving project calls and project team updates.

The role

The role :

  • Production of project plans in Project Place for the project lead / consultants for new assignments.
  • Providing ad-hoc support to consultants in planning matters and acting as the project management office resource for consultant led projects.
  • Support the delivery of client implementations.
  • Close working with resourcing and allocations team to ensure new requests are managed promptly and new allocations or requests are evenly distributed.
Qualifications

You?

  • Strong project co-ordination skills to manage multiple projects concurrently and solid relationship building skills.
  • The confidence to lead calls and meetings with associates and clients at all levels
  • Experience in progressing and documentation of plan, decisions, risks and actions.
  • Proficient in Project Place product (desirable)
  • Knowledge of HCM (Payroll, HR, Time) implementations (desirable)
  • Experience of end-to-end implementations - data migration, user acceptance testing and parallel run processes (desirable)
  • Experience of project management (desirable)
