Job summary

Virgin Active Nottingham is recruiting two Junior Activities Assistants to join our Family Activities Team. You’ll help create a safe, fun, and nurturing environment where children can learn and play while parents enjoy the club.

You will support supervising children, deliver engaging activities, and build positive relationships with families. A Level 2/3 childcare qualification and prior experience with children are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 2/3 qualification in a child related field and prior experience working with children.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with families.
• Ability to work in a team and contribute to a safe, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support children at all times to ensure safety.
• Create a safe, attractive and welcoming Club V environment for children.
• Communicate effectively with staff, children and parents/caregivers.
• Follow company and government policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with team to deliver engaging activities and events.
