Responsibilities
- Run a station during the lunch and dinner operation of the restaurant.
- Ensure that the restaurant is clean and presentable throughout opening times of the Club.
- Provide support and assistance to all new commis waiter/ess following the department SOPs.
- Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions; respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
- Properly and accurately close guest checks; process cash and credit card payments; be attentive, friendly and professional.
- Engage with guests and team members in a warm and friendly manner.
- Be highly motivated and motivating to those around them.
- Have a hands‑on approach with a 'can‑do' spirit.
- Be proactive with a meticulous eye for detail.
- Maintain personal integrity and work in an environment demanding excellence, time and energy.
Qualifications
- Ability to find creative solutions while taking ownership of all duties and tasks assigned.
- Eligibility: In line with the requirements of the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must either be eligible to live and work in the UK or obtain permits prior to application. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required.
