Job summary

Revolut in the United Kingdom is seeking a Business Compliance Manager to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and strengthen control frameworks across CASS-related activities.

You will partner with Operations, Risk and Compliance teams to oversee daily CASS controls, review client complaints, and drive incident action plans while maintaining high standards of conduct and governance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an analyst in an investment firm, bank, consultancy, or regulator
• Awareness of CASS rules, specifically CASS 6 and 7
• Ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent data analysis skills
• Willingness to continuously develop expertise

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily CASS controls
• Liaising with 1LoD Operations, Risk, and Compliance teams
• Reviewing client complaints and operational risk incidents for CASS impact
• Overseeing CASS incident action plans
• Managing the team’s meeting governance
