Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of new business initiatives, aided by Senior Business Managers, improving change processes.
• Challenge new initiatives to ensure alignment with strategy and cost/benefit.
• Provide support to senior managers and the COO team.
• Deliver effective communication with key stakeholders.
• Establish project plans, define scope and targets.
• Develop expertise in a specific business area to become a designated Business Manager for desks across the division.
