The company is a modern manufacturing engineering business based in Stonehouse, Gloucestershire that is growing by building strong partnerships with its customers and moving into new markets at the forefront of specialist technologies.
You will support the team with all CAD drawing matters for the design of mechanical products produced on site.

Job title: Junior CAD Draughtsperson
Location: On the outskirts of Stonehouse, Gloucestershire (commutable from Stroud, Dursley, Nailsworth, Tetbury, Cirencester, Gloucester and surrounding areas)
Working hours: 39‑hour working week, day shift
Pay: £28,000 – £32,000 per annum (depending on skills and experience, and subject to discussion)
Contract type: Permanent
We’re open to considering applicants who have just completed their studies at college or university and have gained good CAD draughting skills, or who might be one or two years into their career and are looking to move to a role where they can continue learning.
• Comfortable with using CAD software to update, improve or amend 2D drawings and interested in learning how to create 3D drawings
• Good knowledge of drawing to British Standards and happy to maintain the historic drawings register, recording any changes carefully
