Junior Product Developer / Junior Buyer Fashion

Our client an iconic menswear brand is on the lookout for a Junior Product Developer / Junior Buyer to join their dynamic Product team!

You’ll be responsible for developing commercial, trend-led menswear ranges that wow our wholesale customers and drive profit. Working closely with Sales, Design, and QA, you’ll help shape the future of our product collections—from concept to creation.

What You’ll Do:
  • Develop and manage seasonal product ranges aligned with brand strategy
  • Source, negotiate, and maintain supplier relationships
  • Own the critical path from product development to delivery
  • Collaborate with Design & QA for fit, quality, and innovation
  • Present ranges to Sales & Management for go-to-market success
  • Analyse trends, margins, and performance to drive continuous improvement
  • Manage junior team members where applicable
