  • Recruitment Process : Conduct interviews and manage the recruitment of consultants to meet business needs.

YOUR ASSETS TO SUCCESS

You possess knowledge of tools / languages in the following areas :

  • Proven experience in business development, account management, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of account opening processes and regulatory compliance.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and expand client portfolios.
  • Experience in managing engineering clients or a background in engineering.
You also demonstrate the following soft skills :
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
YOUR PROFILE & PERSONALITY

You have graduated with a Degree in Business Management or Engineering and have a minimum of 6 months of experience in a similar role.

You have a strong passion for complex projects and problem-solving. Your curiosity and technical expertise are evident in both your professional and personal endeavours. You are open to questioning yourself and constantly seeking improvement.
