Freshminds has partnered with a fast-growing PE-backed business to hire a Business Analyst to support strategic initiatives, operational performance and long-term growth across the organisation. You will work closely with the executive leadership team and investors from day one.

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for a recent graduate to gain exposure to strategic, commercial and financial decision-making, while developing hands-on skills in financial modelling and business analysis.

Qualifications

• Top academic degree from a leading university.
• Strong analytical, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work with a range of stakeholders.
• Proactive, curious and eager to take ownership in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel across sites in London and the South East.

Responsibilities

• Analysing operational and financial performance to identify trends, risks and opportunities
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting, business planning and performance review processes
• Conducting research, benchmarking and analysis to support strategic growth initiatives
• Building and maintaining financial models, reports and business cases
• Working closely with senior stakeholders across multiple areas of the business and the investor group
