Job summary

aramex is seeking a Junior Business Analyst to support data analysis, reporting and performance monitoring across our operations. You will work with internal teams to deliver accurate reports, identify opportunities for improvement and support ongoing projects.

Ideal candidates have strong Excel skills, attention to detail and the ability to communicate insights clearly. Fresh graduates or those early in their career are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables and lookups.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organisational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn new systems, tools and processes.
• Team player who can work independently.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships or graduate placements).

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyse and interpret business and operational data.
• Prepare and maintain regular reports, dashboards and performance summaries.
• Monitor KPIs, shipment volumes and service levels.
• Support forecasting activities and analyse performance against targets.
• Identify trends, discrepancies and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with reviewing and improving existing business processes.
• Work with internal stakeholders to understand reporting and analytical requirements.
• Support ongoing projects, system improvements and business initiatives.
• Present findings and recommendations in a clear and understandable format.
• Ensure data accuracy and timely delivery of reports.
