Job summary

Harrington Starr in London is seeking a junior Business Analyst to join its product and project management team. You will support delivery within the technologies department and collaborate with Data, Exchange and Markets teams to drive initiatives.

The ideal candidate has exposure to order book behaviours, Agile/Scrum practices, and familiarity with the FIX trading protocol; exchange environment experience is a big plus. This is a hands-on role with growth potential.

Harrington Starr is working with an exciting exchange based here in London. They are looking for a junior BA to join their product and project managemnet team.

You will be working and delivering within the technologies department, but also working closely with wider business functions (Data, Exchange and Markets.)

They're looking for someone experienced with:

• Order book behaviours and types.
• Working with engineering teams in line with Agile/Scrum.
• Familiarity with the FIX trading protocol.
• Working in an exchange,( exchange matching engines experience is a huge plus. )
