Junior Business Analyst

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Business Analyst to join our growing team within a leading financial services organisation. This is an excellent permanent opportunity for someone with a background in the finance sector who is eager to develop their analytical and stakeholder management skills in a supportive and collaborative environment

Salary - £46,000 per annum

Location - Bristol - 3 days a week onsite

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the analysis and documentation of current and future business processes
  • Assist in the developing of small business change cases, functional specifications and other project documentation
  • Contribute to testing and quality assurance activities to ensure solutions meet business requirements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout project lifecycles
  • Support the continuous improvement of BA practices and standards within the organisation
About You
  • Ideally you will have experiences of working within a financial services organisation
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • 1-2 years of Business Analyst experience
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities with confidence in working with colleagues across different departments and levels
  • A proactive approach, with willingness to learn and develop within the business analysis discipline
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio etc)
