Qualifications

• Food Safety Certificate and RSA certification required.
• Valid working rights including passport and visa for international candidates.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Experience in a quick service restaurant preferred but not required.
• Commitment to clean, safe and friendly service.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders in a timely, friendly manner.
• Prepare food according to Burger Urge standards and recipes, including grilling and assembling items.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen, dining area, and restrooms.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, and ovens.
• Handle cash and card transactions with accurate sales records.
• Communicate with team to ensure orders are prepared correctly and quickly.
• Participate in training and stay updated with Burger Urge policies and menu items.
