Responsibilities
  • Drive new business with proactive outreach – calls, meetings, and creative e‑marketing campaigns.
  • Build strong client relationships and grow your personal portfolio from day one.
  • Coordinate complex flight logistics while delivering five‑star customer service.
  • Support charter operations by monitoring flights, providing client updates, updating flight watch, and producing post‑flight reports.
  • Maintain and update CRM data to strengthen market intelligence and marketing reach.
  • Respond to out‑of‑hours charter enquiries as part of the duty team.
  • Be ready to jump in – including out‑of‑hours support and a rotating 24/7 duty schedule.
  • Continually grow your industry knowledge and commercial awareness.
  • Assist with general tasks to support team performance and charter delivery.
What you will Bring
  • Some experience in sales, broking, or a commercial environment; aviation knowledge or interest is a plus.
