Job summary

Moose Toys in Cornwall is seeking a Junior Brand Manager to support brand and product strategies across a UK portfolio. You will help execute campaigns, analyze market trends, and assist with P&L and licensing workflows for the UK and distributor partners across EMEA.

The role involves coordinating with global teams, managing multiple projects, and contributing to a high-energy, playful culture. Excellent communication and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years of consumer product brand management experience.
• Degree in Marketing, Business or relevant qualifications/experience.
• Knowledge of UK retailer landscape for consumer goods.
• Experience with TV, print, digital, OOH, trade and consumer promotions.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Commercial awareness of budgets, brand performance and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of brand and product strategies for a UK portfolio.
• Deliver activities within the brand milestone calendar.
• Conduct market analysis and coordinate marketing campaigns.
• Assist with Profit & Loss management and licensing approvals for the UK.
• Act as the primary marketing contact for distributor accounts across EMEA.
