We're on the hunt for a Junior Brand Manager with a passion for all things entertainment related You’ll help shape and grow some seriously fun brands across the UK and Europe — blending creativity, commercial thinking, and a dash of geeky enthusiasm.

You’ll be joining a tight-knit, energetic marketing team where no two days look the same — from brainstorming new launches and attending fairs, to working with licensors and creating campaigns that make fans smile.

What You’ll Do
  • Bring brands to life: Develop and execute marketing plans for UK & Europe that wow fans and retailers alike.
  • Strategic sidekick: Support your Marketing Manager with growth plans, campaign strategy, and budget planning.
  • Creative catalyst: Work with designers and agencies to create killer visuals, packaging, and POS.
  • Insights guru: Turn consumer and market data into action plans that grow sales and awareness.
  • Event enthusiast: Help showcase the brands at trade shows, fan conventions, and retailer previews.
  • Relationship builder: Collaborate with licensors, retailers, and cross-functional teams to keep everything running smoothly.
What You’ll Bring
  • A degree in business, marketing or similar (or equivalent experience).
  • Around 1–2 years’ experience as a Marketing Assistant or Junior Marketer FMCG, or entertainment.
  • A genuine love for pop culture, gaming, and collectibles.
  • Experience with product launches and lifecycle management.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills – you’re confident taking the stage in front of teams or clients.
  • A detail-focused, proactive, can-do attitude (and ideally a passport – some travel across the UK & Europe is involved!).
