Role

As Junior Brand Manager, you'll have a high level of exposure, autonomy and the opportunity to make an impact!

This is a unique opportunity to support a brand through significant restage while being involved in the full marketing mix. Key responsibilities include:

  • Brand Development – assist the MM in delivering excellent execution of the brand redesign across all artworks and touchpoints.
  • Administrative Functions – help to manage brand budgets, timelines, and reporting to ensure effective resource allocations and project tracking.
  • Social Media – collaborate with the Social Media Manager to select ad'hoc influencers depending on business needs.
  • Licensing Management – explore and support the management of licensing opportunities that align with the brand, enhancing product reach and visibility.
  • Shopper Marketing – collaborate with retail partners and execute shopper marketing strategies for 3 key retail partners to drive in-store engagement and sales.
  • Market Analysis – conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends and competitive landscape, informing brand strategy and tactics.
  • Help to expand innovation strategies and new whitespace category opportunities.
What We're Looking For

We are seeking passionate and dynamic individuals with:

  • FMCG Marketing Experience: They are looking for someone at ABM/BM level; they are looking for 12-24 months experience, ideally within a large food co. within the FMCG space, ideally with experience in NPD and communications.
  • Commercial Acumen: A strong understanding of how to support driving brand growth through innovative and strategic initiatives.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: A proactive and results-oriented mindset to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
