Qualifications

• Understanding of BIM Level 2 principles and experience supporting BIM implementation.
• Confidence with digital tools including MS Office and familiarity with data administration.
• Strong skills in interpreting information and resolving issues.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing L&Q's BIM programme across projects.
• Work closely with internal teams to prepare BIM processes.
• Conduct site visits to support BIM adoption.
