Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is seeking a talented Junior Art Director to join our in-house Creative Agency, supporting the creation of campaigns and content for the Charlotte Tilbury brand. You will work on integrated 360° campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels, reporting to a Senior Art Director.

The ideal candidate has a developing portfolio, a passion for luxury beauty, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and an interest in Generative AI.

Qualifications

• Experience in a junior creative role or internship within beauty or fashion.
• Strong portfolio showing visual storytelling and craft across formats.
• Passion for luxury aesthetics, color, lighting and detail.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of integrated campaigns across channels.
• Create moodboards, treatments and presentations communicating concepts.
• Assist with shoot prep, casting research and styling references.
• On-set support for photography and video shoots and post-production feedback.
• Collaborate with marketing, digital, social and retail teams to translate ideas.

We are looking for an imaginative, visually driven creative with a strong eye for detail, a passion for beauty and the ambition to develop their art direction skills.You will bring an appreciation of luxury beauty, makeup artistry, colour, texture and product storytelling, alongside an interest in digital-first creative and emerging technologies, including Generative AI.Reporting to a Senior Art Director, you will support projects from concept development through shoot preparation, production and final delivery. Working closely with the wider Creative Agency, you will help bring Charlotte Tilbury’s creative vision to life across photography, film, digital, social and retail.As a Junior Art Director- Support the development and execution of integrated 360° campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels.- Contribute fresh ideas and thoughtful visual research that respond to creative briefs, brand objectives and consumer insights.- Create inspiring moodboards, creative treatments and presentations that clearly communicate concepts and visual direction.- Support campaign development through layout exploration, storyboarding and mockups across relevant channels.- Assist with shoot preparation, including casting research, photography references, styling, set design and shot lists.- On-set support for Senior Art Directors on photography and film shoots, helping deliver premium still life and talent-led beauty content.- Assist with image and footage selects, retouching markups and post production feedback, maintaining attention to product accuracy, skin finish, colour and detail.- Work alongside Copy, Production, Retouching, Colour, Motion Graphics and Video teams to support cohesive, high-quality execution.- Collaborate with Marketing, Digital, Social, PR and Retail teams to help translate campaign ideas across customer touchpoints.- Build product knowledge through collaboration with Product Development and Pro Artistry, ensuring product benefits and application inform creative ideas.- Explore Generative AI tools for ideation, moodboarding, visual exploration and storyboarding, with guidance from senior team members.- Awareness around developments in beauty, fashion, photography, film, design and emerging creative technologies, sharing relevant inspiration with the team.- Take ownership of smaller creative briefs and individual deliverables with guidance, responding thoughtfully to feedback.About you- Experience in a junior creative role, internship or equivalent portfolio of relevant work, ideally within beauty, fashion, luxury or an agency environment.- A strong portfolio demonstrating creative ideas, visual storytelling and considered execution across relevant formats.- A keen eye for luxury aesthetics, with an understanding of composition, typography, colour, lighting and detail.- A passion for beauty, makeup artistry and product storytelling, with an interest in both still life and talent-led imagery.- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign and confidence building presentations in Keynote or PowerPoint.- An understanding of how creative ideas translate across digital, social, e-commerce, print and retail.- An interest in photography, film and post production, with a willingness to learn how shoots and creative workflows operate.- Curiosity about Generative AI and emerging creative tools, with an awareness of usage rights, authenticity and brand standards. Practical experience in visual exploration is an advantage.- A proactive, collaborative approach, with strong communication and organisational skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn, embrace feedback and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced creative environment.
