• Degree within architectural technology.
• Relevant post qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice.
• Strong design and drawing skills and knowledge of UK building regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist on the delivery of residential and commercial projects.
• Prepare building regulation packages and submit planning applications.
• Attend site visits and carry out surveys to ensure compliance.
• Produce technical drawings and specifications.

Skills

Proficiency with Revit

Strong design and drawing skills

Excellent communication and organisational skills
