Job summary

Anderselite are partnering with a reputable architectural consultancy seeking a Graduate/Junior Architectural Technician on a permanent basis. In this role you will contribute to residential projects, producing detailed technical drawings and construction details using Revit.

You will collaborate with the architectural team, ensure compliance with building regulations, and have opportunities for on-site visits to Bristol. Semi-remote with occasional site work in Bristol.

Qualifications

• Experience producing technical drawings for residential projects.
• Ability to use Revit for modelling and drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed technical drawings, plans and specifications for residential projects.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations and codes of practice.
• Prepare construction drawings with floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and project managers to achieve project objectives.
• Model and produce architectural drawings using Revit.
