Junior Architectural Technician

Location: Bedford

Salary: £26-30,000

The company is known for delivering creative, design-focused projects across residential, commercial and mixed-use sectors. As the team continues to grow, they are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to support a wide range of high-quality developments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the production of accurate technical drawings and supporting documentation
  • Help prepare and submit planning and building regulation applications
  • Work closely with consultants, contractors, and other project team members
  • Carry out site visits and provide technical support during construction stages
  • Ensure all work meets current UK Building Regulations and follows best practice standards
Skills & Experience
  • HNC/HND or degree in Architectural Technology (or similar relevant qualification)
  • Competent user of AutoCAD; experience with Revit is highly beneficial
  • Some experience working on residential or commercial projects (academic or professional)
  • Basic understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
  • Strong communication, coordination, and organisational skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
