As a Junior Analyst in our Leisure Business Strategy team, you'll play a key role in turning complex data into clear insights that shape decisions across our organisation. Your work will help us grow, adapt to market conditions, and deliver services that make a real difference.

You’ll be entrusted to:
  • Deliver consistent and accurate reporting by transforming business data into clear formats.
  • Provide data and analysis to support financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
  • Maintain and develop performance metrics, ensuring data accuracy and integrity across all contracts.
  • Create bespoke reporting tools and explore innovative ways of connecting multiple data points using applications such as Power BI and Microsoft platforms.
  • Build strong working relationships across teams, using your insights to support continuous improvement and change.
