Job summary

A leading airline in Europe is seeking a Junior Aircraft Engineer at London Stansted Airport. This position offers a 24-month training program designed to provide essential skills in aircraft engineering. Candidates should have completed all Basic B1 and/or B2 Modules from an EASA Part 147 Approved School and hold a valid UK or EU passport. Strong passion for aviation and good basic hand skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

  • Must have passed all Basic B1 and/or B2 Modules from a Part 147 Approved School.
  • Must hold a Certificate of Recognition from an EASA Part 147 Approved School.
  • Must have a UK Passport or EU Passport with Pre-Settled or Settled Status.
  • Must have a full clean UK/EU Driving Licence.
  • Must be able to work and live in the UK.

Responsibilities

  • Engage in a 24-month Junior Aircraft Engineer Program to gain practical training.
  • Participate in theoretical training to develop skills for a successful career.
  • Prepare to apply for CAT A or B1/B2 license by the end of the program.

AES (Aircraft Engineering Services) are currently recruiting for Junior Aircraft Engineer’s to be based at London Stansted Airport.

The 24-month Junior Aircraft Engineer Program is dedicated to providing you with the required practical training and experience in order to become a licensed engineer. During the first phase (12 months), the program combines a range of theoretical and practical elements which will develop your skills as an engineer for a successful career in our Engineering department. At the end of the 12 months, you will be in a position to apply for your Category A License. At the end of the second phase of the program, you will be in a position to apply for your CAT A or B1 or B2 license.

Requirements
