Job summary

Reply, Inc. seeks an early-career software engineer to join a bespoke AI engineering practice within the Reply - Microsoft alliance. You will help run end-to-end projects: identifying use cases, engineering bespoke pro-code agents, and producing safe, evidenced production on Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and related Azure AI services.

You'll be part of a hands-on team of consultant-engineers, learning across the stack and collaborating with clients to explain technical decisions and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Early-career software engineer with a solid grounding in code.
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts or tools through courses, projects or self-study.
• Self-starter who learns quickly and can pick up new tools and frameworks.
• Clear and concise communicator able to explain technical decisions.

Responsibilities

• Build bespoke AI agents, integrations, and data foundations.
• Develop full-stack elements including backend, APIs, and cloud infra.
• Work with Microsoft AI stack in real production builds on Azure.
• Shape delivery approaches to balance pro-code vs low-code solutions.
• Own your slice of each build, ensuring reliability and quality.
• Prototype new AI tools and share learnings with the team.
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to explain what was built.
